Gabrielle Acha

Gabrielle is from Miami, Florida and recently moved to Haarlem. She fell in love with yoga 9 years ago thanks to inspiring teachers and the high volume of classes offered at the time. Through yoga she finds a space of calm within the push and pull of constant personal and professional expectations. Gabrielle teaches in the hopes of helping her students fuel their practice with movements that express kindness and self-love. Her style strengthens the body with precise alignment and student specific modifications while easing the mind in a playful vinyasa yoga flow. She hopes to inspire practicing authentically by creating a space free of fear and judgment so that we can all be in a place to truly listen to our mind, body, and heart. She completed her 200 hour teacher training under Renee Leblanc, Lynne Beiger, and Ryan Cunningham at the Back Bay Yoga Studio, now Yoga Works Boston, in December 2015.

Gabrielle’s favorite place to practice is in tropical gardens or near the summer sea. As a sailor and athlete, she enjoys holding class in warm surroundings, aboard catamarans, and during remote island escapes. She loves that she can take yoga with her all around the world and enjoys collecting music from her travels to add an international vibe to her class and practice.

The benefits of yoga are most felt when practicing consistently.
